Clasp
Privacy Policy · Effective 2026-10-09
Clasp collects nothing. No account, no analytics, no network.
Your focus sessions never leave your device.
What the app stores
- Session history (start time, planned length, interruptions, outcome) — saved in the app's own storage on your device only.
- Your chosen session length — a single number in the system defaults store.
- Whether you've seen the introduction — one on/off flag.
Deleting the app deletes all of it. There is no server, no sync, no backup we control.
Permissions the app may request
- Notifications — used only to tell you when a timed session completes, in case the lid is closed and the screen isn't visible. Optional; the app works without it.
Clasp does not request camera, microphone, location, contacts, photo, or health access.
What we don't do
- No data collection of any kind
- No advertising or trackers
- No third-party SDKs
- No account or sign-in
- No network connections at runtime
Children
Clasp contains no mature content, no chat, and no data collection, and is safe for all ages.
